System Use Notification
This is a National Science Foundation (NSF) Federal Government computer system. Any system activity may be monitored and any information stored within the system may be retrieved and used by authorized personnel for law enforcement, management, routine system operations, or other purposes. By using this computer system, you are consenting to such monitoring and information retrieval and use.
Unauthorized use of the system, including disclosure of information covered by the Privacy Act or other sensitive information, or attempts to defeat or circumvent security features, is prohibited and could result in disciplinary action, civil and/or criminal penalties. Users should be aware that they have no expectation of privacy when using the NSF-provided computer system (including any removable media used in conjunction with the system), accessing the Internet, or using electronic mail systems.
All information maintained within or retrievable through the NSF computer system, including electronic mail files, may be reviewed and retrieved by the Department of Homeland Security; NSF officials who have a legitimate reason to do so when authorized by the Director or Deputy Director; or by the Inspector General.

Access to Sensitive Information
By logging in, you are about to access an NSF system that contains sensitive information governed by Federal confidentiality provisions. You should access sensitive and/or personally identifiable data only if you have a need to do so to perform your official duties as an NSF COV member. Do not disclose sensitive data to others outside the COV process. In addition, you must not disclose sensitive information OUTSIDE OF NSF except as authorized. Your use of this system may be monitored. Violation of these procedures may subject you to administrative action.
You should consult with the NSF Official in charge of the COV if you have questions about access and/or disclosure of sensitive or personally identifiable information.

eJacket Operation Hours
eJacket is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with minimal downtime for scheduled outages to maintain and enhance the system. Scheduled system outages are communicated via an IT Notice. However, in order to provide reliable service we must run system processes and online maintenance during off-hours (from 9:30PM EST until 6:00AM EST), such as system backups, data processing operations, desktop software updates, etc. These activities may result in less-than-optimal eJacket performance during this time.
